Welcome the beauty of spring by crafting your own stained glass suncatcher featuring delicate birds. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of the copper foil method with guidance from experienced instructors. Choose from a variety of bird-inspired patterns to create a unique and colorful piece that catches the light beautifully.

What You’ll Learn

  • Glass Cutting – Safely cut glass using a hand cutter and breaking pliers to shape your chosen bird design.
  • Glass Grinding – Smooth and refine your pieces for a perfect fit.
  • Copper Foil Taping – Apply copper foil tape to prepare your glass for soldering.
  • Soldering & Wire Work – Learn basic soldering techniques to assemble your suncatcher.
  • Expert Guidance – Receive personalized instruction and creative tips throughout the process.

All tools and materials are provided. Participants will have time to complete one or two stained glass bird suncatchers to take home.
